Responsible for all phases of production, client/vendor relations, production scheduling and distribution, quality management, delivery, development of company policies, on-the-job training, sales, production quotes, hazard communication training, scanning, disk conversions, color output, and work orders. Co-responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of RL Enterprizes, Inc. business plan strategy for the six business divisions: RL Environmental Consulting and Training, RL Computer Freelance Services, RL Communications, RL Advertising and Marketing, RL Merchandising, and RL Acquisitions. Responsible for marketing plan implementation that has allowed RL Enterprizes, Inc. to expand its services from nationwide to international exposure. Selected software and customized database for the digital library operation providing customer internet access capability that interfaces with existing operating systems.
