Details: Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Small Business Enterprise operating six core business divisions. Responsible for all phases of production, client/vendor relations, production scheduling and distribution, quality management, delivery, development of company policies, on-the-job training, sales, production quotes, hazard communication training, scanning, disk conversions, color output, and work orders. Co-responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of RL Enterprizes, Inc. business plan strategy for the six business divisions: RL Environmental Consulting and Training, RL Computer Freelance Services, RL Communications, RL Advertising and Marketing, RL Merchandising, and RL Acquisitions. Responsible for marketing plan implementation that has allowed RL Enterprizes, Inc. to expand its services from nationwide to international exposure. Perform all graphic art design, printing, web site maintenance, advertising and marketing strategies.

Details: Digital Library Administrator responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and expansion of a new digital library department, for all hard copy architectural projects on file, for a 30-million dollar annual revenue blueprint company. Responsible for management of employee training, quality control, client relations, and production coordination for five area locations. Selected software and customized database for the digital library operation providing customer internet access capability that interfaces with existing operating systems.

Details: Production Manager responsible for all phases of production, client/vendor relations, production scheduling and distribution, quality management, delivery, employee relations, development of company policies, on-the-job training, sales, production quotes, hazard communication and hazardous materials training, scanning, disk conversions, color output, and work orders. Responsible for all employees and production coordination at one of the largest reprographic/photographic labs in the Midwest operating under three different enterprises: GRAPHIC CENTER features large format and photographic capabilities. REPROGRAPHIC POD houses the Print-On-Demand Center that features high speed, high volume and high quality digital equipment, complete with storage and archiving abilities. EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES offers a full line of Media, Drafting and Architects/Engineers/Contractors furnishings and supplies.
