DISCLAIMER AND WARNING: The Anti-Flex Support Bar
("AFSB") is designed for use only with C-4 and C-5 Corvettes that utilize a
removable roof panel. The sole purpose of the AFSB is to reduce front-end
vibration caused when the vehicle is operated without the roof panel within
posted speed limits and all other applicable laws and regulations. THE AFSB IS
NOT A ROLL OVER BAR AND WILL NOT PROTECT THE CAR OR ITS OCCUPANTS IN A
COLLISION, ROLL OVER, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ACCIDENT. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW,
TTR PERFORMANCE, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TTR PERFORMANCE, INC. IS
NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE AFSB,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INDICENTAL, SPECIAL,
AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
WARRANTY: TTR Performance, Inc. warrants the
steel plates and rolled steel tubing components of the AFSB to the first
consumer to be free from manufacture's defect in material and workmanship for
the life of the product when used under normal and intended use and operating
conditions. In the event that the steel plates and/or the rolled steel tubing
components of the product are found to be defective, TTR Performance, Inc. will
replace the AFSB without charge provided that (1) the product was properly
installed in accordance with the installation instructions, (2) the product was
used for its intended purpose as described in the Warning and Disclaimer set
forth above, (3) no alterations or modifications were made to the product, (4)
the defect resulted from a defect in material or workmanship and not from normal
wear and tear expected in the use of the product; and (5) the product was not
subject to abuse, negligence, accident or collision. This warranty is limited to
the steel plates and rolled steel tubing components of the AFSB and does not
cover any other component(s) of the AFSB including but not limited to the
fasteners. TTR Performance, Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty is to
replace the defective AFSB.
